COMMERCIAL & NON-PROFIT THEATRE MANAGEMENT
ABOUT
ABOUT CARSON
THE WHO, WHAT, AND WHY
Carson is a devotee of anything and everything commercial and non-profit theatre management.
Carson Lambert (he/him) is a NYC-based theatre management professional, with a specialization in General and Company Management. Most recently, Carson was the Company Management Assistant on DRAG: THE MUSICAL at KGM Theatrical. Former offices and projects include RCI Theatricals (HADESTOWN, SPAMALOT, & JULIET, and SHUCKED on Broadway), Manhattan Theatre Club (COST OF LIVING, HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE on Broadway), Big League Productions (THE CHER SHOW on tour), Sharon Fallon Productions (SPELLS OF THE SEA at The Kennedy Center), and CHI Talent Management (in theatrical talent representation).
Industry volunteerism includes time with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, and The Heller Awards for Young Artists as a seasonal judging panelist (under the Jimmy Awards umbrella). He is a regular participant in The Business of Broadway’s course series in commercial theatre producing, as well as a contributor to Second Act Theatrical Capital under The Industry Standard Group. Carson holds a degree in Digital Media Management from St. Edward’s University (BBA ‘23) where he focused studies on commercial and institutional theatre management.
In his downtime, Carson can usually be found exploring chic Manhattan coffee shops, rewatching The White Lotus, and seeing as much theatre as he possibly can.

TESTIMONIALS
PUBLIC ENDORSEMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
I had the pleasure of working with Carson during his internship at Manhattan Theatre Club. His tenacity, passion, and extensive knowledge of the theatre industry made him an excellent intern and colleague. Carson is extremely detail-oriented and organized, and makes it a point to stay up-to-date on the field as a whole. Moreover, he moves with kindness and humility in the workplace, and would make an excellent addition to any team.

SENIOR MANAGER, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
THE PUBLIC THEATER
... the programs we run are enormous administrative operations that are pretty understaffed and [Carson] was an incredible resource for the team. He was always ready for any challenge, took his work seriously and provided thoughtful, and helpful ideas and feedback during meetings. He has a true passion for arts administration and is always looking, eagerly, for ways to learn and grow... I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for all the best of a young, passionate and intelligent arts administrator and leader.

THE LONG CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS
Carson is smart, creative, inquisitive, and thoughtful. He is great at solving a problem, coming up with a plan, and carrying out a mission. He is also a go getter, eager to seek out answers and information so he may have a clearer understanding of a situation or process. Carson is both a big picture person and also great at managing day to day activities. I’m grateful to have worked with him and hope to do so again in the future.
